The Tourist Information Centre is situated at the Clock Tower in Chipping Sodbury High Street.  It is supported by Sodbury Town Council, Yate town Council and Dodington Parish Council and opened in 1996.

The Centre is open six days a week from March to October, it is run by a Co-ordinator and many volunteers. The Centre offers a wide selection of leaflets on local attractions along with details of local walks, cycle routes, coach trips and fairs.   Local activities are publicised here and in some instances tickets are available from the Centre.
